| 26 Feb 2002 | Amanda Lee Harig | I like the coloring and even the backround, but I have one constructive crit... the horse half seems too skinny. If you look at a horse, all horses for that matter, more muscles are involved in the legs and the stomach sags. However, I do like the way you blended human torso and horse body together, it doesn't just end. Good Job. Mark Stijnman replies: "You're right, the ribcage should be a lot more rounded. I'll try to do better next time, I promise " | |
| 3 Mar 2002 | Thia | The overall effect of this is really good- this centaur has a lot of pride in herself. The ony criticism I have is the proportioning - head to torso to horse bit. I think the head is too small (as someone up there mentioned), the torso too... umm, thick is the best word I can think of to say what I'm trying to, and the horse too long. also, next time you do a horse, make the belly curve down. That could explain why the horse seems too long, too. | |
| 10 Feb 2003 | Mr. Underhill | i think it's a good picture all around. I'm not even going to complain amout the head, but the neck just looks a little funky. | |
| 15 Sep 2003 | Miriam F. Loomis | For not being good at horses I think you did pretty damn well. ^^ Love the pose. Very nice. | |
| 28 Sep 2003 | Damian T | Female centaurs are could kentaurs The legs seem Ok to me but the chest is deffinately not deep enough, horses don't have a waist. People who go around rubishing without giving reasons are not very intelligent. The head seems ok as well but the left bust is a bit low and either the tree is too small, its a bonsai or she is a giantess. lolThe overall effect of this is really good- this centaur has a lot of pride in herself. The ony criticism I have is the proportioning - head to torso to horse bit. Don't know when yet " | |

| 16 May 2004 | Lucius Appaloosius | Xaipe! If you can stand one more critique:
Aside from the previously mentioned anatomical peculiarities, her legs would be vastly improved if the cannon bones (i.e. the lower parts) were shorter, and her hooves were slightly larger....On her human portion, a little shading under the breasts might make her abdomen look less - well, pneumatic..
I know how hard it is to get centaurs right; and I think you did a creditable job for a first attempt....7@=e | |
| 12 Aug 2006 | Ralena Lightfoot | Holy shkamoly!! Awesome! She looks like she just burst forth in song or something. Aside from what otheres have said critically, the only thing I can see it her hair. Unless she has a salon right down the strret, she would not have her hair so perfectly cut. It would be more of an angled sort of thing. Beautiful overall, especially for a first try!! | |
| 20 Aug 2006 | Jane | Maybe centaurs of the future give birth by their babies bursting out of their chests? | |
| 26 Aug 2006 | Ralena Lightfoot | OW! That would seriously be an ouch!! Talk about labor pains!! And whaddaya MEAN, "centaurs of the future"?? ARE there centaurs of the future (rather, will there be)? Were the centaurs of the past? I'm not even gonne go into the present... I'm bright enough to figure that out myself. | |
